I just saw a juicy little item over on eff.org that is going to rate about 9.5 on the dumber-than-crap-o-meter. They are saying that If a computer has popups and viruses, that this means that the machine has been used for piracy.
Just how stupid do they think we are? Apparently they think we’re REALLY stupid and that this collosal stupidity extends to judges, because they actually expected a judge to rule in their favor based in part on that argument.
