Trouble Brewing for Micro$soft?

There just might be some (more) trouble in the works for Micro$oft. I just saw a story about a lawsuit going on in Japan. Yet another in what's becoming a long line of them. Dispite what M$ brass say about it, I don't doubt for one second that it'll have an effect on M$ here in the US (heck, everywhere.)
Even if it doesn't result in direct connection to legal matters outside japan, there is one effect it will have.. that of putting another dent in the giant's armor, letting both them and everybody else know that just becuase they're the biggest around now, does not mean that the will still be the biggest in five or ten years.
I expect Linux to take a much larger hold in mainstream computing in the next few years. Getting pc makers to offer Linux bundles as an alternative to "windoze" would be a first step and If I recall correctly, Either Dell or HP has been toying with the idea.
