Just what is Customer Relationship Software? you may ask. That’s what I thought when I saw the term. Basically, it’s software designed to help manage various aspects of customer relations. The idea is to keep track of everything, from potential customers that need to be contacted to making sure followup contacts are made to existing customers that have contacted your business for whatever reason.
The point is to both keep the customer happy and help the sales and marketing staff make the most of their time. Using crm software to make sure that everyone involved with a particular customer is kept up to date about who is doing or needing what. With everybody on the same page like this, there’s a better shot of having satisfied customers.
