Quick Review of www.nmamaps.com

The Network Mapping Associates loaded just a little bit shy of “quick” at around 30 seconds or so. Their telecom audit site is one of the shrinking number of sites to still support 800 pixel wide screens which is honestly good to see for a change. Just looking at the front page of the site you can tell that they’ve tried hard to pack a lot of information into the page, putting the lion’s share of it high enough that the visitor doesn’t have to scroll to see most of it.
Most of the text was easy to see, although there’s some parts of the page that change when you move the mouse over them as part of their effort to keep most of the page ‘above the fold’. For the most part color choices and font sizes were reasonably easy to read although the links at the bottom of the page are in a shade of green thats difficult to read on a white background. Not bad overall, with some color tweaks it’d be pretty good.
