Apple’s Iphone still having problems

Now quite a bit of time after the much awaited Apple Iphone went on sale, AT&T is still having problems dealing with all of the activations. Clearly somebody didn’t even try to be prepared for this. Given the level of anticipation for the Iphone’s release, AT&T should have been prepared to process a lot of activations quickly.
Perhaps there’s a chance for them to learn from this and do something to streamline their activation process. Especialy since not even the Iphone’s Alarm Clock will work without activation.
