One Down… Sorta Almost

I just read a story about the Russian authorities having managed to shut down Allofmp3.com, which was selling music for a fraction of what iTunes charges.
The shutdown is being hailed as a victory for anti-piracy organizations and apparently a victory for the Russian govt because this has been one of the things that stood in the way of their entry into the World Trade Organization.
To muddy the mix further:
Moscow prosecutors declined to comment on whether allofmp3.com had been shut down, leaving it unclear if the government was behind the site’s disappearance.
And then finally you have the cockroach effect. For every one you take down, ten more come out of the woodwork. The company that was behind allofmp3.com has apparently launched another site that’s apparently taken up where the first one left off.
