Here they go again. Micro$oft is buying up another advertising outfit… probably in it’s quest to destroy Google by swallowing as much of the competition as possible.

FTC OKs AQuantive Buyout by Microsoft

SEATTLE (AP) - Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) (MSFT)’s $6 billion acquisition of online advertising group aQuantive Inc. (AQNT) (AQNT) has cleared an antitrust regulatory hurdle, the companies said Friday.

How this got past antitrust regulations I’ll never understand. But then I guess we’re in an age of mega corporation super growth. And don’t let ‘em fool you, they’re not interested in public benefit at all, you never see a google drug rehabs or micro$oft alchohol treatment facility do you?

You know that sooner or later there’ll be a showdown between Google and MS. It will be one worth sticking around to see!

Google has started the tactic of swallowing up smaller companies. I think it does this much better than MS!

Oh I don’t doubt that for a second. I only hope they don’t end up combining like like Collossus and Guardian… we don’t need that

Google and MS continues to grow not only on the sale of their product/service but also by buying out those small companies. They really use this business strategy into perfection to diversify their operations and also to eat up the competitions.
