Apple Iphone Batteries continued
Welcome back!
After that last post, I had a look at Apple's support page for battery replacement and I saw another little jewel that anyone needing the battery replaced needs to keep in mind.
Replacing the battry in the Iphone means losing EVERYTHING stored on the device!
Sorry guys, but that's crap. If I can replace the battery on my cell phone or cordless handset without losing what I have stored in it, then there's no reason why Apple couldn't have made the Iphone able to keep it's data when the battery was replaced.
For that matter, there's no reason they couldn't have made it so users could change batteries.... Except of course for pure unbridled greed. That's the only reason for any of this battery nonsense.
