This real estate site is quick loading and oriented for the visitor to get plenty of information as quickly as possible. The simple top menu and sidebar links make navigation simple and straightforward. Color use is conservative, making the text easy to read.
The search tool on the index page allows a visitor to start searching right away without having to jump through any hoops like registering or anything else. The sidebar links include several calculator tools that could be useful in making decisions about several different aspects of financing.
Use of graphics is kept low and helps the site load quicker. The only ‘Con’ I can find in it’s overall design is that it is a fixed-width layout arranged to look right on a 1024×768 screen. This means that in a 800×600 screen it’s going to grow a horizontal scrollbar and visitors would have to scroll right in order to find the right sidebar links.
