Oneupsmanship?

Welcome back!

It looks like international relations are now starting to take a new turn. A group of Iranian students have released a new game called "Rescue the Nuke Scientist". Apparently this is in response to a US based company creating a game called "Assault on Iran" that's about an American Assault on an Iranian Nuclear facility.

I can't help myself, my first question about this was "Does this mean that PacMan is going to start carrying a railgun?" It may sound silly, but how close to reality might something like this be? We could actually see a kind of software cold war in which battles are fought in exchanges of game programs that feature the opposing nation as the bad guys. If it should actually work out that way, game programmers would spend a lot of money buying globe life insurance.
