Apple Shares Fall

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

I'm honestly not surprized by this. Apple built up way too much anticipation with this thing and then AT&T didn't have the resources in place to deal with the high rate of people attempting to sign up and activate their service.

iWon News - Apple Shares Fall on IPhone Numbers

SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) - AT&T Inc. (ATT) wiped some of the glow off Apple Inc. (AAPL)'s iPhone on Tuesday, releasing numbers that showed fewer people than expected signed up for service in the first two days of the multimedia cell phone's release.

Combine all that with the fact that the thing isn't even cold yet and somebody's already discovered a flaw in it that would allow a "black hat" to take control of the thing if it's user could be tricked into visiting a "special" website.

Personally, what I like most about the Iphone is the YouTube video with somebody dropping one in a blender.
