Nerovision 3 and ‘play all’

Any Nerovision users out there?
I’m fairly new to using it though I’ve had it for a while as it was bundled with my DVD drive. I’ve figured out how to get a basic DVD made from a collection of video files. I’ve even managed to make a halfway reasonable menu. However there’s still plenty that eludes me.
For example, a ‘Play All’ button. I’d like to be able to put one on the menu so that when selected, all of the videos on that menu play one after another (preferably in a specifiyable order). Otherwise I want a single vid to play and then return to the menu.
Related to this, where can I find a program that will convert .avi to mpeg2… ideally in batch mode

If I were in your shoes, I’d just call my wife over and she would be able to figure it out in around, oh I’d say … a nano-second.
