I wouldn’t have thought in this age of everybody carries at least one phone with them all the time that there would be much need for something like an answering service anymore. Yet, even when the phone is always with you, there are times when you just can’t answer. Then there are the times when you just can’t get a signal. Granted it doesn’t happen as much as it used to, but coverage is still a long way from 100%.
For times like that many people still find themselves in need of a telephone answering service to handle voice mail, live operators handling business and personal call center needs. Not only that, but it’s possible to deal with companies that have a lot of experience, having been in the telephone answering service business for over 35 years.
