It’s a pretty straightforward site specializing in Arizona real estate. Designed with both the seller an the buyer in mind, it’s got an easy to use search tool that lets you specify price range, location, property type and so on. A menu bar across the top gives the visitor quick access to other parts of the site, from buying and selling guides to finding an agent. There is also a very handy map search function that puts up a map of the area with listings marked on it. The user simply centers the area they are interested in and start zooming in on the picture until you’ get down to street level and with the hybrid mode on the map actually get a look at the neighborhood from above
