Apple Lawyer Moves to Qualcomm
Welcome back!
Apple's Steve Jobs an company are probably going to be in serious need of industrial strength headache treatment now that general counsel Donald Rosenberg is leaving them to sign on at Qualcomm. The stated reason for this move is that he's moving over for fresh challenges is to Qualcomm which is under investigation in the U.S., Europe and Asia for antitrust claims brought on by Nokia and other wireless companies. The news story I said stated that
Apple did not disclose why Rosenberg left.
But let's face it, he left because Qualcomm offered him more money... probably a LOT more money. An offer they made no doubt because of the fact that they're swimming in enough legal hot water to make soup for half the country.
