Another Patent Suit Against Vonage
Welcome back!
It seems like Vonage is just situated to start recovering from the last lawsuit over voicemail technology when along comes another one. This time it's AT&T filing suit over a patent covering the routing of telephone calls over a network such as the Internet. All I can say is that they way things are going vonage had better make sure their bank accounts have term life insurance paid up 'cause this one's gonna hurt. If only because AT&T is big enough that I'm pretty sure they can buy more lawyers.
