I've written in the past about Car Angel, a ministry that uses the profits from selling donated cars to make videos for kids and teens. Well, Boat Angel is another arm of that same ministry, only instead of a car, this is for people who want to donate boats and yachts.
Like Car Angel, it doesn't matter if it's running or not, and in most cases they can even arrange free pickup. They're a 501-C-3 non-profit organization so the donations are tax deductible. This means that when you donate, you're not only helping a good cause but you're helping yourself with the tax deduction. Their site also has a LONG list of other charities that you can designate part of your donation to go to.
