A couple of powerful apps that together can take care of all FTP needs.
FileZilla Server is a Windows FTP server that supports standard FTP as well as FTP over SSL/TLS for secure, encrypted connections.
The FileZilla Client program is a full featured FTP client. Like the server, it’s Freeware open source and cross platform on top of that which means it will run on Windows, Linux, *BSD, OSX and other operating systems.
It supports all modern FTP features including FTP, FTP over SSL/TLS (FTPS) and SSH File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) for those who need secure FTP functions.
