In spite of the fact that Google, Yahoo, Ask, Microsoft and a dozen or so others pretty much have the search engine market locked up there are still new sites popping up all the time. One of the youngest of these is “Cuil” {pronounced “Cool” }, in Internet terms it’s not even teenage yet.

If on the other hand you’re talking about a website, forum, blog or whatever that needs to be reliable, fast and responsive then that’s another matter.
