Almost Anyone Can Be A Movie Producer

It's true. These days just about anyone can be the producer / director of their own movie. Not only that, but more and more people do exactly that. Someone gets a new camcorder, some video editing software and an idea. Next thing you know they're producing their own video masterpiece.
You probably saw this coming from the title but read on anyway. Yes, *I* am one of the latest to join that crowd. Since we got a new camcorder recently and I've got all this video editing software (you guessed it), I've taken my first turn at wearing the Producer / Director hat that comes with the camera. Ok, so that's only a figurative hat but it's there nonetheless and I've taken a turn at it. It's also technically not quite my *first* video but it is the first one I've done with the new camera.
The resulting masterpiece (so sue me, I think it's good) is a hometown video about how I left the crowded, increasingly dangerous rat race of the cities and took up life at a much more relaxed pace in a small town in rural America.
I had a lot of fun (and yeah, some frustration too.) making it and I'm definitely going to be making more in the future.

Good point made with the video dude. Yes, country life is safer, more serene. Really liked the surprise of the ‘Godzilla effect’ at the end. You made your point, I believe. :)
