Cuil Looks Cool

In spite of the fact that Google, Yahoo, Ask, Microsoft and a dozen or so others pretty much have the search engine market locked up there are still new sites popping up all the time. One of the youngest of these is “Cuil” {pronounced “Cool” }, in Internet terms it’s not even teenage yet.

Which Host is Best?

That’s a question that has to be answered by anyone that’s planning to create a website. Yes, there’s a bunch of “free” hosting solutions out there and that’s fine if you’re just talking about a personal page you’re building about you’re pet robot collection. If on the other hand you’re talking about a website, forum, blog or whatever that needs to be reliable, fast and responsive then that’s another matter.

25 Ways To Get Fired

There’s a post up on TechCult listing what it’s calling “The 25 Best High-Tech Pranks“. While I have to admit that there’s several things on that list that sound like cool ways to out-prank the office clown or nail the guy that’s always annoying the snot out of you. [...]

I had a disaster today. I was minding my own business getting organized for some things I was planning to write when all of a sudden with no warning at all my monitor went dark. The hard drive light kept blinking occasionally like it always does and the lights [...]

Even though I’d spent time browsing the programs [...]
